Tech stuff–i’m a dork.

So I took apart my mini mac yesterday, which was less than easy for a newbie like me. I did however manage to get in there without breaking anything, and take out one of the old ram chips (256mb) and replace it with a bigger one (1gb). Now I’m happily running on 1.25gb ram, which means I have no excuse not to be using Protools, or at very least garage bands to be making some music.

Now today I’m monkeying around with performancing for firefox which is supoosed to let me blog easily.

MMkay, so I just dragged and dropped this picture in (yeah, it’s Old Faithful). And now I can’t get the text to wrap around it. I don’t think I’ll be using performacing very much anymore.

I’m (hopefully) going to see Babel today. I’ll give you the full review laters.

No, it wasn’t that hard. You really do need two putty knifes though–that was kind of scary. Otherwise it was pretty much step by step from the web site’s instructions (see my link up there)
